Union Lift Arabia Co.，Ltd. established through an investment by Jiangsu Huiling Building Equipment Co., Ltd.—a renowned Chinese elevator enterprise—stands at the forefront of China-Arab friendly cooperation. The company is dedicated to building a high-end equipment service ecosystem in Saudi Arabia, encompassing cutting-edge smart elevators, intelligent automated parking systems, cranes, electrical equipment, advanced HVAC solutions, state-of-the-art security systems, and innovative architectural lighting and visual art technologies. Together, we aim to contribute significantly to the stable growth and development of Saudi Arabia’s elevator market.
The company occupies a site of 110 acres, with a total building area of 53,000 square meters. The project has attracted an investment of 200.08 million yuan and features a dedicated R&D center, state-of-the-art production facilities, a logistics hub, and an elevator testing tower. It is equipped with world-class, cutting-edge manufacturing equipment, including CNC laser machines, CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, and CNC machining centers—ensuring the highest standards for delivering premium-quality products. Adhering to the talent philosophy of "knowing people and utilizing them effectively," the company actively recruits practical professionals from across China, ensuring that every stage—from product development and manufacturing to sales, installation, and maintenance—is executed with meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising excellence.
The product portfolio includes high-speed elevators, machine-room-less elevators, small-machine-room elevators, passenger elevators, sightseeing elevators, villa elevators, freight elevators, utility elevators, car elevators, and escalators/automatic walkways. High-speed elevators can reach speeds of up to 8 m/s and are widely used in large shopping malls, office buildings, and upscale hotels, among other venues.
